How do we know and what can we do to reduce stress and bring balance to our busy lives? This four hour workshop will explore leadership and wellbeing from a Chrisitan perspective. Participants will walk away with:
An understanding of their own wellbeing at present
A biblical view of wellbeing and leadership
An opportunity to practice taking a systemic approach to their own internal resources,
Practical strategies to decrease demands and increase resources

About the trainer
Nicky Baker has over 15 years of experience in developing leadership capability in both individuals and teams across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Nicky holds a Masters in Communication in Business and Organisations and draws on Adaptive Leadership and Positive Psychology. She is passionate about creating safe, authentic, reflective, supportive and challenging spaces for clients to consider new ways of enacting leadership.
Nicky designs and delivers state-wide leadership Programs for NSW Health and has recently partnered with Deloitte, private medical companies, and the education sector to promote positive cultural change.
As a Christian, and having worked in full time ministry, Nicky enjoys exploring the synergies between leadership development and biblical truths around humanity, capability and growth and offers a unique combination of both secular and Christian perspectives.
Nicky holds qualifications in Executive Coaching, Gallup Strengths Coaching, Lewis Deep Democracy Conflict Resolution; Hogan 360 Debriefing and Thomas Kilmann Conflict Instrument.
